Wynn Volleyball Camp
Wynn Volleyball Academy (WVA) strives to provide quality instruction for young people. We push athletes to learn the values of teamwork and sportsmanship while building confidence and leadership skills. The WVA offers three weeks of day camp in the Boston at the Reggie Lewis Center for girls and boys age 8-17.
Led by the Head Coach of Curry College’s women’s volleyball team, our day camps are designed to help players of all abilities improve on the fundamentals of the game. Our goal is for each player to leave on Friday with better skills, more confidence, and complete knowledge on how to practice and develop their game.
Activities vary throughout the day with generally 45 minute increments of time blocked off for a particular activity. Some of the activities are geared at improving individual skills and some are geared at improving team play within small group work. We also educate the campers on agility enhancement and how to practice to improve movement.
The campers will generally participate in two game sessions per day. During the week we track the improvement of each camper through a variety of contests. Our emphasis is on individual improvement but we also recognize our top performers at end of the week.
Our camp is the perfect place for your daughter and/or son to improve and play volleyball in a safe and healthy environment. Our coaches are excellent role models on and off the court. Coaches at the Wynn Sports Academy are top high school players, collegiate scholarship and non-scholarship student/athletes, high school coaches and collegiate coaches.
Campers will have fun and learn from the best!
